Date(s): 11 March 2026
Time: 10am - 5pm
Eligibility: Qualified or studying acupuncturists
Venue: College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading
What happens when we place the energy of heart and womb as a central pivotal lens?
Learn and explore the cyclic nature of women through a variety of different lenses. Explore the inner cycles and inner ‘micro’ elemental phases of a woman’s cyclic life, and learn Somatic Practices for the Womb.
The day will weave together the wisdom of the womb through:
- Somatic Womb Practice
- 5 Element micro cycles
- Inner Seasons Model of the Menstrual Cycle
- Yang Sheng for Women
- With brief review of TCM and traditional medical lens of the menstrual cycle
Learn a variety of practical womb-based self-care tools to offer women to nourish them at their very core.
Leave the course feeling confident to guide and support women in attuning to their unique cyclic imprint and how that effects and influences their entire life. This can have profound effects on all aspects of a woman’s health.
The day will feel very nourishing for yourself too – a deeply yin day where you will experience the benefits of attuning inwardly to the wisdom of womb.
Suitable for all – those with or without a physical womb (we are always working with the energetic womb)
This is a practical course which involves personal body work, gentle movement and breath work, with some floor based practises.
