Date(s): 27 September 2025
Time: 10am - 5pm
Eligibility: Acupuncture graduates, holistic & complementary health practitioners
Venue: College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading
In this ear seeding course, participants will learn the main principles and techniques of ear acupressure, a practice derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The course will guide students through the process of identifying key acupressure points on the ear, which correspond to different areas of the body and are believed to help with various health concerns, including stress, pain, digestion, anxiety, sleep and emotional well-being.
Students will explore the theory of ear seeding and learn how stimulating these points with ear seeds can promote healing and balance in the body. The course will also cover how to apply ear seeds correctly, the types of materials used, and the safety precautions involved.
Participants can expect a hands-on, practical learning experience, with demonstrations and opportunities to practice on each other.
By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and confidence to incorporate ear seeding into their wellness practices or offer it as a complementary therapy for others.
