Leonie is our office manager. She came to the UK from New Zealand in 1998. She has a BA in psychology and criminology, and is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and reflexologist with a practice in Newbury.
Karen graduated from the college in 1999 and now practises at the college clinic. She has also completed a post graduate diploma in tuina and is a yoga teacher. In her role as our registrar she processes applications and answers queries about course structure and content.
Administrator and teaching clinic coordinator
Charlotte joined us in 2002 as an office assistant and is now our administrator. Her main responsibilities are organising the busy teaching clinic for third year clinical students. She also provides cover for the registrar and undertakes a large variety of other administrative and support duties for both students and teaching staff.
Teaching clinic coordinator
Lisa first joined us in 2009 as a weekend receptionist. She has since completed our acupuncture degree course and is now a qualified acupuncturist as well as our teaching clinic coordinator and administrator.
Joy first joined our team in 2013 as one of our weekend receptionists. She has since taken on the role of coursework coordinator and works Monday to Wednesday along with being on the weekend staff rota. She has a BSc in Psychology and enjoys making jewellery, baking and other crafts in her spare time.
Wendy joined the college in January 2016 as our finance officer. She is a qualified chartered accountant who trained in public practice, then moved into industry and has spent the last eight years in similar finance manager/controller roles with SME’s. She works at the college on a part-time basis.
Cate joined our admin team in late 2015. She is the CPD co-ordinator, student clinic co-ordinator and weekend administration manager. In her spare time Cate enjoys cooking, crafts, exercising and visiting her family, friends and pets in Brighton.
Exam coordinator administrator
Ashley joined our team in January 2017 and is the exam coordinator administrator. She is also responsible for library administration and assists in the clinic. Outside of CICM Ashley is a holistic massage therapist and enjoys all things to do with healing arts and when she is not practicing massage she dedicates much time to her own yoga practice.
Ashley enjoys being creative, travelling, music festivals and spending time with loved ones.
