Energetic Awareness, Self Protection, and Burnout Prevention
For acupuncturists, qigong teachers, and anyone else in the helping professions
Each year this seminar is offered we explore different aspects of how to use Dragon & Tiger qigong for developing greater awareness of qi, safeguarding your qi from patients or students, and preventing burnout. This year we’ll focus on (1) how to use the many ways you constantly turn your body, arms, legs, hands, feet, fingers and toes in Dragon & Tiger to better understand and work with the way qi moves in spirals in the body, including within acupuncture lines and points , and (2) how to use such movements to help protect yourself from taking in others’ qi and for releasing such qi out of you when you do.
Prerequisite: Ability to do the seven movements of Dragon & Tiger qigong AND The Art of Feeling Qi or permission of instructor based on equivalent experience and skill.
