Neuromuscular taping is an ideal adjunct therapy for acupuncturists. It can reinforce your acupuncture treatment and increase your success in treating musculo-skeletal pain and related conditions. Originally developed in Japan for physiotherapists, neuromuscular taping assists with pain relief and healing by actively resolving stagnation in the joints and tissues. It does this without the use of herbs, relying solely the mechanical properties of special tape. Designed to be applied to patients at the end of a session and to stay on for several days thereafter, neuromuscular tape delivers immediate results with high levels of patient satisfaction.
