Event description
Bill Ryan

Learn how to push and pull your qi with clarity and precision with Bill Ryan at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.

Before you can actively use qi in acupuncture treatments, qi gong instruction, or other applications, you need to learn how to project your qi with clarity and precision. Toward this end, Bill will teach you how to push and pull qi with your hands, both in and out of the air and in and along the general surfaces of your and others’ bodies, at the skin and wei qi levels. This course will prepare you for more advanced seminars with Bill such as The Art of Using Qi to Sense Qi in Others. Prerequisite: The Art of Feeling Qi seminar or permission of the instructor based on equivalent experience and skill.

Suitable for acupuncturists, qi gong teachers and others.

Bill Ryan has studied qi gong, tai chi, and related energy arts for 29 years with Daoist Lineage Master Bruce Frantzis. In 1992 Bill founded Brookline Tai Chi near Boston, USA which under his direction reached a peak enrollment of over 450 students. He now teaches qi gong and practises qi gong tui na bodywork.
