Event description

Learn how to apply this valuable tool in your practice, with Lillian Bridges at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading.

The most difficult application of facial diagnosis is the synthesis of traits. Many of the markings and signs are complimentary and many are contradictory.

This one-day workshop is designed to help practitioners evaluate the combinations of signs that give their diagnoses much more accuracy and depth. Illnesses and diseases will be classified according to the Five Elements in relationship to specific issues and patterns from the facial maps of life experience and emotions, and the Elemental association of the features. In addition, special attention will be paid to signs from the shen of the skin’s colouration and from shen disturbances as seen in the eyes.

This will be an interactive workshop utilising photographs, volunteers and case histories.

Lillian Bridges is an internationally renowned author and lecturer and she has taught both complementary and allopathic health practitioners how to utilise facial diagnosis in their practices. She received her formal education at UCLA in the US, where she earned her degree in psychology. She is the founder of The Lotus Institute and is a featured speaker at conferences, conventions and symposiums around the world.
