Event description
Day Post

An in-depth look at these points with Danny Blyth and Michael Ng at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading.

Acupuncture points form the heart of acupuncture practice. This day will be spent looking at the characters, names, natures and functions of these points, and their clinical relevance, interspersed with marking of the entire Liver and Gall bladder channels, working in pairs.

Topics for the day

  • A thorough review of all Liv and GB point locations and relevant anatomy

  •  Uses of these points in Five Element, TCM and local treatment settings

  • An opportunity for all to share their clinical experience of the points

  • A CPD day that will be instantly relevant to your clinic, and your patients

This course is open to all qualified acupuncturists (sorry, no students). If you are attending with a colleague, and you would like to work together when marking up the points, please let us know.

Danny Blyth works in Cheltenham as an acupuncturist and herbalist. He has postgraduate diplomas in Chinese language, herbal medicine and paediatric acupuncture, and teaches at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.

Michael Ng works in Farnham, Surrey and is the programme leader for point location as well as a teacher at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.
